This project is a low-rise unit. Although the indoor usable area is smaller, the outdoor terrace area is larger than that of the average high-rise unit. It is a new type of apartment. The head of the household loves to party, and from time to time they would feast for relatives and friends to have fun at home. Based on the epidemic schedule, the owners hope to redesign the unit and refurbish the location of the platform. The designer Eric is asked to change the platform into a private party room for barbecue dinners and successfully used lighting and years of experience to meet the requirements of the householder’s couple with the features of multi-functional room design.

，是次項目以現代歐式設計為主，整體以溫馨的淺色調為空間底色，由白色與米黃色系打造溫馨典雅的家居環境及大氣的歐式風情。主次分明的空間格局讓整個單位層次鮮明。客廳內更增設了一個玻璃展示櫃，可以擺放屋主的飾品，也彰顯出屋主別樣的生活品味。
