• Provide design concept and design presentation for clients.
• Response to handle floor plans, 2D and 3D interior design drawings, elevations, construction details including E&M drawings, materials specifications also budgets control/planning.
• Liaising with relevant suppliers, contractors and team members to ensure the project effectiveness and competition;
• Handle and solve technical issue on projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Design related studies.
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in residential, commercial / show flat projects is a must.
• Good computer knowledge in AutoCAD / Photoshop / AI is a must.
• Willing to work overtimes, under pressure, meet tight schedule and multitasking.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong communication and analytical ability.
• Creative, self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude, good team player, able to handle challenging situations, sense of responsibility and smart.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Immediate available.
